An 18c Grade II listed building in Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire, retaining much of the original structure from when it was an open cart store within a complex of farm buildings. It had been extended and unsympathetically altered to form stables and had subsequently deteriorated to a poor condition so the new conversion included the repair and reinstatement of the timber structure to it's original form. The building is now a well insulated two-bedroom dwelling.
